Zenegra Pills Will Now Be Available in Green Color Posted By : jadsn003

Zenegra is the medication that works proficiently to cure the impotence or erectile dysfunction problem in men. Zenegra is the only drugs in the market that shows the effect for about 24 to 30 hours. Zenegra when taken before the sexual activity makes it possible for the man to enjoy the sexual ecstasy to its fullest. Zenegra is to be taken in the strength of 10mg or 20mg depending on your requirement. Zenegra contains Tadalafil as the active constituent which allows the men suffering with the erectile dysfunction to gain the stronger erection and hold them for the long time during the sexual activity. Zenegra should be taken 30 minutes before the sexual activity to enjoy the benefits. One dose of Zenegra makes the sex life passionate and impotent men are able to satisfy their ladylove.
Zenegra works as the inhibitor of activity of enzyme phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE-5). This enzyme guards the penile functioning by cutting of the blood supply once man reaches the orgasm. But, due to the excessive amount of the enzyme PDE-5 the blood supply to the penis is reduced, which later on leads to the erection problems in men. Zenegra worked by reducing the production of the enzyme PDE-5, thus improving the blood supply to the penis.
In the next step, Zenegra works by promoting the production of the enzyme cyclic guanoyl monophosphatase (cGMP) that is responsible for increasing blood flow to the penis after sexual stimulation. The inhibition PDE-5 and promotion of cGMP together contributed towards the normal functioning of the penis and gave men an ability to get strong and long-lasting erections during the sexual activity.
Zenegra at the final step functions by relaxing the penile muscles. This helps to unstrain the blood vessels and arteries in the penile region. So, the blood flow to the penis is increased leading to the better erections. This relaxation of the penile muscles is caused by the deposition of the nitric oxide in the penile region by the Zenegra pill. Even the signal from the brain for the sexual stimulation are allowed by the Zenegra to reach fast to the penile region and this helps them to get the good erections in short span of time.
The working of the Zenegra is slightly different than the other impotence drugs because it shows the effect for about 24 to 30 hours. Other impotence drugs lose their effect after man reaches the first orgasm and are washed out of the body after 4 to 6 hours. Zenegra works very efficiently to show its effect for such a long time. For the first sexual encounter, only 20% of the active constituent of the Zenegra is used. The remaining 80% of the drug stays in the body that works during the next sexual activity. The total quantity of the drug is washed out of the body after 36 hours so the effect of the Zenegra is seen for about 36 hours. Zenegra is often termed as the weekend pill as it shows effect for the entire weekend if taken on Friday night.
Zenegra works against each and every factor causing impotence and cures it. Zenegra has some side effects but there is no need worry as these side effects are temporary and don?’t cause any harm to your health. The main advantage of Zenegra is that it treats the impotence problem irrespective of its cause. Zenegra is found to be equally effective among the men regardless of their age. Zenegra works very much fast in comparison to the Viagra and shows much more longer effect than any other impotence drugs. So, if you have any problems in getting erection during the sex then Zenegra is the best option to resolve these problems.

Expired medications are commonplace and inertia notwithstanding, many of us tend to rely on an intuitive sense of their value in continuing to store and use them. Such drugs can be harmful to health in several ways; they can be unpredictable in effectiveness, simply ineffective, or even toxic.
The formal way of classifying a medication as having expired is through it’s labeled expiry date. This date is often set based on a combination of the common properties of the dosage form as well as the stability and expiration studies of the product that have been conducted by the manufacturer. Importantly, this expiry date is contingent on specific storage conditions of the product. Although a medication may pass it’s labeled expiry date, it may not necessarily be any less effective or dangerous to consume depending on the product itself, the storage conditions and the circumstances leading up to expiry.
When most medications pass their expiry date under appropriate storage conditions, they are generally taken to have become so variable in effectiveness as to have become unsuitable for use. This often comes about as a result of the degradation of the active ingredients of the medication with exposure to physical, chemical or microbiological variables like temperature, pressure, humidity, light, bacteria as well as other components of the product known as excipients.
Creams may “crack” once their expiry date is passed, leading to a separation of the components and hence provide a non-uniform delivery of active ingredients. This can lead to the poor control of conditions like eczema or acne. Tablet medications can mechanically “powder” off, change in consistency with exposure to water vapor or even experience the contained drug itself becoming ineffective on prolonged exposure to air as occurs with glyceryl trinitrate, an emergency medicine that can easily become ineffective in relieving acute symptoms of chest pain. With common injections, should the acidity change to fall outside a fairly narrow range, significant pain and tissue damage can result from use. With most eye drops, an expiry date of one month after opening is accepted to minimize the potential for dangerous bacterial contamination.
With any medication, once a specific threshold of remaining active ingredient is passed, the medication can no longer be relied upon to deliver accurate doses. This loss of reliability is often exacerbated by the fact that the active ingredients can degrade into various combinations of active, inactive or toxic breakdown products. The common aspirin is for instance, known to react with moisture to breakdown into salicylic acid, which is active, and acetic acid, which is inactive and can lead to toxicity in excess.
While the expiry date provides a useful gauge of when to stop using a medication, there are also many other factors that can informally accelerate the expiry of a medication and make it dangerous to use, chief among which is how the medication is stored. It is oftentimes not just the medication that is affected by storage conditions but also the storage container. Under inappropriate storage conditions, certain containers can leech material into liquid medication preparations, or medication particles can stick to the container rather than remain separated. On average, a 10 degree rise in temperature doubles the rate of chemical reactions that occur to a medication product and can accelerate the rate of bacterial contamination several fold. Just like an ice cream can simply melt or a loaf of bread becomes mouldy much quicker if not refrigerated, many medication products can easily expire much faster when not stored appropriately.
With oral liquid and topical medications, potentially dangerous changes associated with expiry can at times be detected by color or consistency changes, component separations, altered smell or taste (oral preparations). Should a suspicion of expiry arise, a medication expert should be consulted regardless of whether or not the labeled expiry date has been passed.
“Expiry” should also be understood to occur once a supply of medications is no longer used appropriately for it’s intended purpose. Consultation with a medication expert is always advised to prevent the inappropriate use of existing medication supplies. Inappropriate use can often occur with self-medication and is harmful. An unfinished supply of a previously used antibiotic may be tried to treat a new infection that is actually untreatable by or resistant to that antibiotic. This practice may not only delay recovery but can also encourage the proliferation of “super bugs” that have resistance to many antibiotics. Another incorrect purpose involves sharing medications and this can be especially harmful if another is allergic to the shared medication or a child or pet is medicated with an adult’s medication. Children often require dose adjustments to accommodate their size while many human drugs are often unsuitable for pets. Even a simple food like chocolate that we may enjoy can easily be toxic to a pet dog.
Another mechanism whereby medication expiry is dangerous occurs when an unfinished supply is used despite new information that points to increased precautions associated with the medication or that has led to it’s recall. An example is obtaining pain relief from a previous supply of a painkiller like Vioxx (rofecoxib) or Celebrex (celecoxib) in spite of an existing heart condition that is now known to relate to an increased risk of fatality under those circumstances of consumption.
Expired medications that are kept instead of discarded not only take up space but can actually discourage the appropriate use of new supplies in the treatment of illness. A medication cabinet, if not tended to regularly, could eventually contain more expired medications than viable ones and this can lead to the accidental consumption of an expired medication in place of a viable one. It is definitely advisable to clear the medication cabinet of expired medicaitons at least annually if not more often.
A further danger however, lies in how expired medications are disposed of. Expired medications and pharmaceutical byproducts can be harmful to the environment especially when they end up in our rivers and drinking water supply. Hormonal compounds like estrogen from birth control pills and patches as well as antibiotics have been linked to being flushed by individuals and institutions into sewage, draining largely unchanged and collecting in rivers and streams, then returning in tiny amounts into drinking water. Traces of antibiotics could worsen bacterial resistance while estrogens and other steroids are known to change the reproductive characteristics of fish. Even trace amounts of chemotherapy medications have emerged in tap water and this could be severely detrimental to the unborn babies of pregnant women who drink such water. The long-term impact on human health of medications in our rivers and drinking water is as yet unknown but no one would want to wait to find out. We can all play our part by inquiring on and using pharmacy or state-run programs for the disposal of expired medications instead of sending them down the sink or the toilet bowl.
A pharmacist is the expert of choice to approach in handling medication expiry and should be consulted if in doubt. As a general rule, it is always best to safeguard your own health and that of those around you by expeditiously and appropriately discarding all expired medications.
Give Your Partner More Pleasure - Naturally Increase Your Penis Size By 4 Inches Posted By : Lee Tanner

“If you are looking for a sure fire way to give your partner more pleasure in the bedroom, then getting a bigger penis is your best best. I was only born with a small 3 inch member and I couldn’t safisfy my girlfriend - but then I used natural enhancement and everything changed! I gained 4 inches in just 4 weeks and no my partner couldn’t be happier. Want to learn how you van have the same success? Read on…
What the best way to enlarge your manhood?
Every good doctor agrees that the only way to safely increase the size of your penis is to use a natural approach. This works so well because it looks at the two most important areas - the inside of your body and the outside. Without focusing on these two areas, you are seriously limiting your chances of growth because there is now scientific proof to suggest this is the best approach to take.
How can you focus on both the inside and outside of the body?
The first thing to focus on is the inside - this is what will really make all the difference. If you want to see growth then you need to change the internal structure of your body so that it matches exactly how it used to be during puberty. Your manhood grew significantly during this time and that was all down to biochemicals - without these no growth would have taken place. So, adding 2 and 2 together, you can see that if you want to restart this growth then you NEED to get these biochemicals back.
The best way to do this by using a natural enhancement plan. You can then focus on the second area - the outside of your body. If you want to see maximum results and get them fast then you will also need to perform daily exercises. I used them and they greatly increased the speed of my growth. The more exercises you perform, the longer you can keep the biochemicals in the blood stream - and this is why you see accelerated growth. I’m a massive 7 inches now and I couldn’t be happier - and neither could my girlfriend!”
Grow Your Girth and Length By Up to 3 Inches - Restart the Growth of Puberty Posted By : Lee Tanner
Posted by admin in Prescription Impotence Drugs, Weight Loss on April 30th, 2009
I used natural enhancement 6 months ago and it worked so well that I now want to share these techniques with the world. I have to admit, I was pretty sceptical before I started but within just 4 weeks of using this method, I had gained a massive 3 inches so you can see how well it worked! What was even more remarkable is that it increased both my length and girth - and this is something that no other form of enhancement can do. We already know from research conducted by women’s magazines that the width of a man’s penis is just as important as the length so I really feel I got the best of both worlds! If you want to increase your size too, then just copy the same techniques that I used…
Is it difficult to make the penis bigger?
It definitely can be a challenge if you don’t know which method to use but what I really like about natural enhancement was the fact that it made so simple. It works by following the same line of reasoning that puberty did - and since your body has already been through this process once before, you know that it is completely safe. Too many men use pills or other nasty devices without even realising that they could get themselves a bigger manhood just by using their body and allowing nature to take it’s course.
Natural enhancement explained further…
The whole basis for this method is puberty and it has been proven that, in order to achieve natural growth, you need to restart the growth of puberty. The way to do this is to copy how the body behaved during this time and get all the biochemicals (that were present when you were a teenager) back into the body.
How easy is it to get back all of these biochemicals?
Providing you use a natural enhancement plan, this is a very simple task to perform. This is absolutely vital if you want to see massive gains, just like I did. With this method, you really can make a difference to your size in a very short space of time and, what’s more, all the growth is permanent too!
Grow Your Manhood Naturally in Only 4 Weeks - Techniques That Really Work Posted By : Lee Tanner
Posted by admin in Prescription Impotence Drugs, Weight Loss on April 30th, 2009
“There are many men who feel they could benefit from being 2, 3 or even 4 inches bigger than they already are. If you are one of them, then you may like to consider using a natural enlargement plan. This is the only method that really works, and I know this because I gained an incredible 4 inches using these techniques. If you really want to change your size, it’s not enough to rely on gimmicks and scams, you have to look at the science behind growth. Today, I am going to explain everything you need to know to succeed…
How does natural enlargement work?
The techniques that are used are completely unique because this is the only method around that considers how you can use your body to the best of it’s ability. Few men realise this, but your body actually has great growing potential, all by itself and so there really is no need to use anything artifical. All you have to do is restart the same kind of growth that has already taken place before - I am talking about the growth during puberty.
Why was puberty such an important time?
Puberty holds the key to growing your penis, it’s as simple as that. The reason your body changed and grew so much during this time was all down to the biochemicals that were in the body. According to scientists, these biochemicals are what caused the growth and they are the only thing that can cause it again.
What happened to the biochemicals?
After puberty ended, all the biochemicals disappeared out of your body (they depleted) and so no more growth was possible. However, there is now a way to get them back and once you do that you will trick the body into growing all over again. The easiest way to replace the missing biochemicals and restart growth is to use a natural enhancement plan and then follow this with exercises. These exercises will help to guarantee speedy results because they will accelerate the whole process. If you aren’t happy with your current size, this could be just what you’re looking for!”
Cutaneous Application Of Nanoparticles Offers Hope For Treatment Of Erectile Dysfunction
Posted by admin in Prescription Impotence Drugs, Weight Loss on April 30th, 2009
Cutaneous application of nanoparticles may offer a new means of delivering drugs to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), according to findings presented at the 104th Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Urological Association (AUA). Topical treatments for ED may offer localized therapeutic results with the benefit of lower dosage and the avoidance of adverse side effects due to systemic absorption.
Researchers in New York investigated a novel hybrid hydrogel/glass nanoparticle platform. They developed nanoparticles capable of sustained release of therapeutic levels of nitric oxide (NO), which aids in erection biology and relaxes smooth muscle cells in the penis. Researchers applied these nanoparticles to the skin of the penis of seven rats, and measured erectile response by intracorporal pressure/blood pressure (ICP/BP) ratio. Of the seven animals treated with NO releasing nanoparticles, five experienced positive effects on the ICP/BC, resulting in a visible erection. The average time for an erectile response was approximately 65 minutes.
“This is a very interesting concept which has potential to impact treatment of many conditions including erectile dysfunction if it can be translated from the animal lab to clinical practice, ” said Ira D. Sharlip, MD, an AUA spokesman. “It remains to be seen whether the effect of the nanoparticle technology is a local or a systemic effect.”

New Body Of Research Suggests Statin Use Benefits Multiple Areas Of Urologic Health
Posted by admin in Prescription Impotence Drugs, Weight Loss on April 30th, 2009
Several new studies presented at the American Urological Association’s (AUA) 104th Annual Scientific Meeting suggest that the use of statins–commonly prescribed to lower cholesterol–may benefit men with prostate cancer, erectile dysfunction or lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). Several key research studies highlighting these benefits will be presented during a special panel for the media on Monday, April 27 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. during the 104th Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Urological Association (AUA).
The following study findings will be discussed by authors during the panel press conference:
Abstract 576: Is statin use associated with prostate cancer aggressiveness?
Use of statins may be associated with more favorable pathological features at radical prostatectomy, including adverse tumor features and lower risk of positive surgical margins.
Abstract 1598: Statin medication use and the risk of biochemical recurrence following radical prostatectomy: results from the SEARCH database
Statin use may be associated with a reduction in the risk of biochemical recurrence following prostatectomy.
Abstract 574: Associations between statin use and prostate-specific antigen levels and prostate cancer diagnosis
Statin use may be associated with a decreased risk of prostate biopsy, prostate cancer and exceeding age-specific prostate-specific antigen thresholds. Statin use may also prevent the development of prostate cancer.
Abstract 575: Association between statins, obesity and prostate tumor inflammatory infiltrate in men undergoing radical prostatectomy
Statin use was associated with a significant 72 percent reduction in the risk for inflammation within the prostate tumor. Obesity may be associated with increased tumor inflammation, and with more aggressive prostate cancer.
Abstract 925: Statin use and development of erectile dysfunction
Statins may provide the added benefit of reducing a man’s risk of developing erectile dysfunction in association with the drug’s use in vascular disease.
Abstract 1646: Statin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug use and development of urologic outcomes
The combined use of statins and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may further decrease the risk of developing lower urinary tract symptoms related to benign prostatic hyperplasia.
“These studies add to a growing body of literature supporting the beneficial effects of statins in certain subsets of patients,” said J. Brantley Thrasher, MD, an AUA spokesman.
